These terms apply when you use the website taskovia.tech and the Taskovia app atapp.taskovia.tech. The operator is Taskovia, reachable athello@taskovia.tech. By using the website or the app you accept these terms.

1. The website

The website introduces the Taskovia product. Its content, illustrations and figures are for information only; the figures in the illustrations are sample data.

2. App accounts

App accounts are given to the users of businesses that use Taskovia, under the agreement between Taskovia and that business. Keep your sign-in details secret and tell us or your business's administrator at once if you suspect your account is being misused.

3. Acceptable use

You must not:

• access data or features you have not been given access to;
• deliberately disrupt, probe or attack the system;
• put content into the app that breaks the law or the rights of others.

4. Business data

The data a business puts into the app belongs to that business. Taskovia uses it only to provide and improve the service for that business, as described in the privacy policy.

5. Intellectual property

Taskovia's software, interface, brand and content belong to Taskovia. Do not copy or reuse them without written permission.

6. Service availability

We work to keep the service running reliably, but it may pause for maintenance or for problems outside our control. We tell businesses in advance about planned maintenance.

7. Limitation of liability

To the extent the law allows, Taskovia is not liable for indirect damage arising from using, or being unable to use, the website and the app. Specific responsibilities towards each business follow the agreement between the two parties.

8. Changes

When these terms change, we update this page and the date at the top. These terms are governed by the laws of Vietnam.
