Privacy policy

This policy explains how Taskovia collects, uses and protects data when you use the websitetaskovia.tech and the Taskovia app at app.taskovia.tech. The operator isTaskovia, reachable at hello@taskovia.tech.

1. Data from the demo form

When you send the form on the Book a demo page, we receive:

  • your name, company name, phone or Zalo number and email;
  • the number of companies in your group and your message, if you fill them in.

We use these details only to contact you and arrange a product demo. They are turned into an email to Taskovia's mailbox through the email delivery service Resend. We do not sell or rent them, and we do not use them for advertising.

To stop spam, the form uses Cloudflare Turnstile, which may process your IP address and some browser signals to tell people from bots. The website uses no advertising cookies and no behavioural analytics.

2. Data in the Taskovia app

Businesses that use Taskovia put their own work data into the app: projects, tasks, costs, payables, employee records and documents such as quotes, invoices and contracts. The business decides what goes in and who can see it. Taskovia processes that data on the business's behalf, to provide the service.

To run the app, Taskovia uses these providers:

  • Supabase: database, sign-in and document file storage in the cloud.
  • The hosting provider that runs the app (currently Vercel and Cloudflare).
  • OpenAI (AI document reading): when a user reads a document with the app, the quote or invoice file is sent to this service to extract its figures.
  • Zoho Mail: sends invitation, password reset and account notice emails.

Some of these providers may store or process data outside Vietnam. We share only the data each task needs.

3. How data is protected

Data travels over encrypted connections (HTTPS). The app grants access by role within each company, so each person sees only the data assigned to them. The data of different companies is kept separate.

4. How long data is kept

Demo form details stay in our mailbox for as long as we need them to talk with you, and are deleted when you ask. App data is kept while the business uses the service, or as agreed with that business.

5. Your rights

You can ask to see, correct or delete your data by emailing hello@taskovia.tech. If your data was put into the app by the business you work for, we will work with that business to handle your request.

6. Changes

When this policy changes, we update this page and the date at the top.
